Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a hospital in a New York medical malpractice case involving an 82-year-old female admitted for aortic valve replacement. No Proximate Cause for Hospital in Medical Malpractice Case Kevin has commenced numerous jury trials and taken almost 30 verdicts, the majority in favor of his clients. He has also defended clients in counties to the north, including Albany. Kevin practices in metropolitan New York, including all counties of New York City and Long Island. He thereafter joined Jones Hirsch Connors Miller & Bull, where he spent the next 26 years defending negligence claims at trial. and joined Hartford Insurance Company as staff counsel, where he was responsible for litigating auto, premises and construction liability cases.
